Live Storytelling Adventures

By day, I write for a living, and by night, I write to give me life and ease by soul. Some of those stories are playful explorations of fancy, but with So Say We All, I’ve embraced the very peculiar space of sharing stories about my life with strangers. Here are a few of my favorites.

Being a Black woman in the voiceover world opened my eyes to an very unexpected identity crisis.
What I learned from being one of the only full-time Black newspaper theater critics in the country (if not the only one at the time) and why Black arts criticism matters.
That time when I abandoned a marriage proposal and ran off to live in Scotland for a while.
Learning a foreign language is a very humbling endeavour but learning to speak like a toddler does wonders for your sense of play.
